Jeans for Refugees

on: 23 October 2016

Linda is participating in the new Jeans for Refugees charity campaign to raise funds for refugees around the world. She is one of a hundred different models and celebrities that have donated their jeans to be hand painted by Johny Dar Creations. All proceeds are going to the International Rescue Committee.

All one hundred jeans will be on display at the Saatchi Gallery in London beginning October 24th when the bidding begins. Bidding will close on October 30, 2016. You can bid online at catawiki.com/jeansforrefugees. Keep checking the site for Linda’s jeans, which will be added to the auction at a later date.

NOTEWORTHY: The photo of Linda used in this campaign was originally part of the Alberta Ferretti Fall/Winter 1990 campaign, photographed by Steven Meisel.

Actually, it's a whimsical take on Linda's cover appearance for the May issue of Vogue Italia. Unfortunately, we're still unable to post comments, but please ENJOY the video...!
